Notarization Services

Notarization appointments require different documents depending on the service to be carried out. Below we provide information on the required documentation for each type of service:

CERTIFIED COPIES

Please bring the original documents to the appointment (copies of the documents are not required). If you wish to have colour certified copies you can bring your own colour copies provided that the original document is also accompanying the copies.

WITNESSING SIGNATURES

Please bring one piece of Identification (Canadian Passport, Canadian Driver’s license with photograph, Canadian Permanent Resident Card);

WITNESSING SIGNATURES ON PROPERTY DOCUMENTS (Mortgages, Power of Attorney, Real Estate)

Signer must have two pieces of Canadian Identification (Canadian Passport, Canadian Driver’s license with photograph, Canadian Permanent Resident Card); AND

An additional identification document with signature (Canadian Citizenship Card, Health Care Card, Social Insurance Number Card).

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Debit/Interac. We do not accept cash
