  • Custodianship Letter (CIC sample letter.)
  • Commissioner of Oaths
  • Witnessed Signatures
  • Power of Attorney, Land Title Documents, Letters, Statements, Declarations and any other documents relating to property (Please contact us for information).

 

What Is Required for Your Appointment
Certified Copy Please bring the original documents to the appointment (copies of the documents are not required). If you wish to have colour certified copies you can bring your own colour copies provided that the original document is also accompanying the copies.
Witnessing Signatures Please bring one piece of Identification (Canadian Passport, Canadian Driver’s license with photograph, Canadian Permanent Resident Card)
Real Estate Documents For Mortgages, Power of Attorney, Real Estate Documents, signer must have two pieces of Canadian Identification (Canadian Passport, Canadian Driver’s license with photograph, Canadian Permanent Resident Card) and an additional identity document with signature.
