TERMS OF SERVICE

1. FEES
Our fees and disbursements will be in the amount quoted in our initial communications with you. The quote (emailed to you) is for a simple conveyance of non-rental properties with a price less than $1 million and for which we have received mortgage and contract documents at least 14 days notice prior to closing date.

2. SAMPLE DOCUMENTS
Below we provide a sample of a Buyer’s Statement of Adjustment (fees owed by a buyer) and a Seller’s Order to Pay (fees owed by a Seller).

3. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
If you require additional legal services, such as reviewing a purchase and sale contract, preparation of additional mortgages, providing a Certificate of Independent Legal Advice or any other services our fees and disbursements will be increased accordingly.
