What Is Required for Your Appointment
Certified Copy Please bring the original documents to the appointment.
Witnessing Signatures Original piece of Identification such as Canadian Passport, Canadian Driver’s license with photograph, Canadian Permanent Resident Card.
Real Estate Documents Signer must have two pieces of Canadian Identification such as Canadian Passport, Canadian Driver’s license with photograph, Canadian Permanent Resident Card and an additional identity document with signature.
